This privacy policy (“Policy“) describes how the personally identifiable information (and which is defined in more detail at the end of this Policy) (“Personal Information“) and which you may provide to us through your access to and use of the aurisys.com website and any products and services or content within or relating to the website (collectively referred to as “Website”) is collected, protected and used. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information.

This Policy is legally binding between you (“User“, “you” or “your“) and Aurisys (“Aurisys“, “we“, “us” or “our“). By accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

Collection of Information

We maintain records of the interactions we have with our Users, including the products, services and customer support we have provided. This includes the interactions our Users have with our platform such as when a user has viewed a page or clicked a button. Personal Information we collect from other sources may include demographic information, such as age and gender, device information, such as IP addresses, location, such as Emirate, city and state, and online behavioural data, such as information about your use of social media websites, page view information and search results and links. You can choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of some of the features on the Website. Users who are uncertain about what information is mandatory are welcome to contact us.

You are therefore strongly advised to review their respective privacy policies as Aurisys shall not be liable in relation to any privacy policy of such third parties and information provided to such third parties.

Managing Information

You are able to request to delete certain Personal Information we may hold relating to you by contacting us in writing as described below in the policy. The Personal Information you can delete (provided we are not prevented from or prohibited from deleting such information by any applicable laws or other regulations or court order) may change as the Website change. We may maintain a copy of the unrevised Personal Information in our records for the duration necessary to comply with our legal obligations and/or to our affiliates and partners, and for the purposes described below. If you would like to request the deletion of your Personal Information or permanently delete any account or registration made with the Website in your name, please contact us in writing as described below in the policy to request this, upon receipt of which we will attend to your request, provided we are not prevented from or prohibited from deleting such Personal Information due to any exception, or under any applicable laws or other regulations or court order.

Disclosure of Information

In order to complete any transaction or to provide any product or service you have requested on the Website, we may need to contract with other companies and share your information with our trusted third parties and third party service providers that work with us, any other affiliates and subsidiaries we rely upon to assist in the operation of the Website available to you. Retention of Information

We will retain and use your Personal Information for the period necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We may use any aggregated data derived from or incorporating your Personal Information after you update or delete it should the need arise. Once the retention period expires, Personal Information shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiration of the retention period.

The Personal Information that we collect from you may be stored in the UAE or all or part of it may at any time be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of the UAE. Any part of it may also be processed by staff operating outside the UAE who work for us or for one of our third party suppliers. We will store your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated in this Policy or as otherwise permitted or required by law. The Rights of Users

Accordingly, the above rights are subject to any such practical and legal limitations imposed upon Aurisys or which Aurisys are subject to in relation to the permanent or temporary deletion or erasure of Personal Information.

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. Your request must provide sufficient information that allows us to verify that you are the person you are claiming to be or that you are the authorized representative of such person. You must include sufficient details to allow us to properly understand the request and respond to it. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information unless we first verify your identity or authority to make such a request and confirm that the Personal Information relates to you. We cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled as it will depend on the nature of the request and what our legal obligations permit us to respond to. Each request will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Definition of Personal Information

The types of Personal Information we may collect and hold are personal information about our Users in order provide our products, services, support and for marketing purposes (display advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, affiliate marketing). Our products, services, and customer support are provided through many platforms including but not limited to: websites, phone apps, email, and telephone and other online and digital platforms.
